Singleton 12Years has been matured minimum of 12years in higher proportion of european oak casks to american oak ex bourbon casks. it is a fruty, well composed expression that manages to be both light and smooth without compromising any depth of flavour or fullness of palate. Colour & Appearance: Dark Amber Aroma : Citrus fruits, then bananas and cooked apples with hints of nuts and soice, follow by dried fruits Palate : An initial pepper note then sweet cooked apples and rich dried fruits Finish : Sweet hinths of nuts and spice, with a drying, smooth, and rich finish
